Vinyasa
Vinyasa is a non heated class where body movement is linked to breath. Expect a strong flow that will be physically challenging, but balancing for the mind and body.
Heated Vinyasa
Heated vinyasa is also a strong, flow based practice where movement is linked to breath. The room is gently heated and humidified to leave you with a sweaty glow.
Power Yoga
Power yoga is a levelled up flow class where breath is linked to movement. Expect challenging sequences, core work, vibrant music and a total body workout in our heated studio that will leave you in a sweaty glow.
Unheated Sculpt
Sculpt is a class where HIIT meets yoga. This class combines cardio exercises and strength training movements to vinyasa flow sequencing. The room is unheated. Build lean muscle mass, boost your energy levels and have some fun!
Yin Yoga
Surrender to stillness in this slow-paced practice. During the 3 - 5 minute posture holds, you’ll relax your muscles and work into your connective tissues, promoting mobility. Each class is an opportunity to focus your mind, connect with your body, and soothe your nervous system.
Community Class
This class is an all-levels vinyasa flow class in an unheated room, offered free to the community every week. Beginners welcome. Come flow with us!
