Vinyasa
Vinyasa is a non heated class where body movement is linked to breath. Expect a strong flow that will be physically challenging, but balancing for the mind and body.
Heated Vinyasa
Heated vinyasa is also a strong, flow based practice where movement is linked to breath. The room is gently heated to ~34°C and humidified to leave you with a sweaty glow.
Power Yoga *
Power yoga is a levelled up flow class where breath is linked to movement. Expect challenging sequences, core work, bumping beats and a total body workout in ~36°C with humidity that will leave you in a sweaty glow.
Hot 26 *
Hot26 is a series of 26 postures, each held twice in ~40°C room with humidity. This is a consistent, static practice based off the original Bikram series where the same postures are held each class. No flow here, but expect a burn and a challenge.
Sculpt *
Sculpt is a class where HIIT meets yoga. This class combines cardio exercises and strength training movements to vinyasa flow sequencing. The room is gently heated to ~32°C and based to upbeat tracks. Build lean muscle mass, boost your energy levels and have some fun!
Yin Yoga
Surrender to stillness in this slow-paced practice. During the 3 - 5 minute posture holds, you’ll relax your muscles and work into your connective tissues, promoting mobility. Each class is an opportunity to focus your mind, connect with your body, and soothe your nervous system.
Free Beginners / Community Class
This class is designed for beginner yogis to create a safe foundation for a vinyasa yoga practice. Learn the basics of breathing and fundamental yoga postures in a non heated room with other new yoga students. Class is free and accessible to all.
